One player. Three ways to get better.

Start with the product she needs now, or bundle basketball training, agility training and the college recruiting roadmap together. The training plans adapt to the player instead of giving every girl the same workout.

Three $29 products. One $69 bundle.

For younger families, basketball and agility are the natural starting point. The recruiting roadmap is there when the player is old enough for the process to become relevant.

BASKETBALL · GRADES 3–12

Basketball Development Plan

Four personalized weeks of skill work based on grade, experience, primary goal, available space and schedule.

Exact reps · coaching cues · easier/harder adjustments · progress tracking.

AGILITY · GRADES 3–12

Agility Development Plan

Age-appropriate footwork, balance, stopping under control, coordination and changing-direction work without expensive equipment.

Younger players get simpler movements and shorter work periods; older players progress toward quicker stops, direction changes and reacting to cues.

RECRUITING · WHEN READY

College Recruiting Roadmap

Understand recruiting from the college coach’s side: evaluation, film, emails, school lists, visits, timelines and player ownership.

Designed for parents and players—not a promise of a scholarship or a collection of recruiting “hacks.”

Age appropriate means different work

The training changes as the player grows.

Grades 3–5Foundation first: control, balance, simple footwork, short work periods and clean mechanics.
Grades 6–8Build consistency, weak-side skill, better stopping, sharper movement and controlled progression.
Grades 9–12More game-speed execution, quicker decisions, harder movement patterns and measurable progress—only when technique supports it.

MadeReps training products supplement—not replace—qualified team coaching, medical advice or individualized supervision. Use a safe training environment and age-appropriate adult supervision.
