Made Reps is designed to collect as little information as practical. The free plan preview does not ask for a player name, school, date of birth, or email address.
Information you provide
If you use the support form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Made Reps does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy practices.
Plan settings and progress
The website may store the selected plan profile, completion checkboxes, benchmark entries, and player notes in your browser's local storage or first-party cookies so the plan can reopen on the same device. This information is stored on that device unless the browser clears it.
Website analytics
Basic website analytics may record page visits, device type, referrer, and campaign parameters so we can understand whether the site works and which outreach performs. We do not use the plan-builder answers to create advertising profiles.
Children and parents
The product is intended to be purchased and managed by a parent or guardian for a youth basketball player. The preview is intentionally structured to avoid collecting identifying information from the player.
Sharing
We use service providers only as needed to operate the site, process payments, host the website, and handle support. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Support submissions are retained as reasonably necessary to handle the request and business records. Browser-stored plan information can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

Use the support page for privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests relating to information you submitted directly to Made Reps.
