Privacy Policy
Last updated September 15, 2026.
Made Reps is designed to collect as little information as practical. The basketball free-sample flow requires a parent/guardian email before one personalized sample is generated. We do not ask for a child’s email, school, or date of birth. The basketball builder may optionally save a first name or nickname on the device to personalize the paid progress dashboard.
Information you provide
If you use the support form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to your request. If you unlock the basketball free sample, we collect the parent/guardian email you submit and store it as a MadeReps lead for sample administration and follow-up. The sample form states that occasional MadeReps emails may be sent and that recipients can unsubscribe. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Payments and purchaser accounts
Before payment, Made Reps collects the parent / purchaser name and email selected to own the purchase. Payments are then processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages; Made Reps does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy practices. After a successful payment, Made Reps stores the completed purchase or product entitlement with the purchaser email so paid access can be restored later.
Product settings, access and progress
During the current launch period, My MadeReps restores paid product access by matching the exact purchaser email entered by the customer against active MadeReps product entitlements. No password or emailed code is required for this temporary access method. The lookup is used to determine which MadeReps products are active for that email; the customer account page does not display payment-card information or a detailed order history. The website may also store selected basketball or agility profile settings, free-sample claim status, completion status, benchmark results, difficulty choices, player notes, and temporary product-access flags in browser local storage or first-party cookies. These local controls help continue progress on the device being used, but workout progress and notes may not automatically synchronize across devices. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved progress without removing the server-side purchase record tied to the purchaser email.
Website analytics
Basic website analytics may record page visits, device type, referrer, and campaign parameters so we can understand whether the site works and which outreach performs. We do not use the plan-builder answers to create advertising profiles.
Children and parents
Made Reps youth training products are intended to be purchased and managed by a parent or guardian for a youth basketball player. The basketball sample asks for a parent/guardian email and does not ask for the child’s email, school, or date of birth. The recruiting roadmap is intended for players and parents to use together when recruiting becomes relevant.
Sharing
We use service providers only as needed to operate the site, process payments, host the website, and handle support. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Support submissions are retained as reasonably necessary to handle the request and business records. Browser-stored plan information can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
Questions or requests
Use the support page for privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests relating to information you submitted directly to Made Reps.
